Digital systems are widely accepted in A&R and can support clearer, more organised evidence presentation. The Ed Leader Hub is designed to make your practice, reflections, and quality improvement journey easy to access, connect, and discuss during assessment.

Can I customise it?

Yes — once duplicated into your workspace, it’s yours to adapt to suit your service.

How do I save my work?

Notion saves automatically in real time — no manual saving needed. If you want to export your data you can click export, PDF and click to add all sub elements. This will allow you to print if needed.

Can my organisation access Notion?

Most services and individual buyers access Notion without restrictions. Some government departments and large institutions have IT policies that may
block external platforms. If your organisation has strict IT restrictions, please confirm Notion access with your IT team before purchase. A 7-day refund is available if Notion is genuinely inaccessible from your network.

Can OSHC use this too?

Yes — the system can be adapted for OSHC services.

Do you offer set-up support?

Yes — guidance is included to help you get started, and additional support options are available through phone call or zoom.

Do I need a Notion account?

Yes — The Ed Leader Hub runs inside Notion. Notion offers a free plan, and setup only takes a few minutes.

Is my Hub private?

Yes. Your Hub sits within your own Notion workspace. Only people you choose to share it with can access it.

Is the Hub designed for child-specific documentation?

The Hub is designed for Educational Leader planning, quality improvement, goal tracking, and reflective practice — not for storing children’s personal data, photos, or confidential child records. Please follow your service’s privacy and confidentiality policies when deciding what information to include.

Does the Hub cover all NQS elements?

Yes — all NQS elements are preloaded and ready to connect to your evidence, reflections, and QIP.

Will the NQS updates be maintained?

Yes — if there are legislative or NQS-related updates relevant to the Hub structure, these will be reviewed and instructions on how to update your hub will be sent.

Does the Hub connect with Xplor, OWNA or other platforms?

No — The Ed Leader Hub is a separate system designed specifically for Educational Leaders and does not integrate with Xplor, OWNA, or other child documentation platforms. Child learning stories, observations, and programming remain within your centre’s existing software, while the Hub supports your leadership structure, reflections, QIP progress, goals, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement journey.
