Refund Policy

The Ed Leader Hub is a digital product delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once access has been delivered, except in the circumstances outlined below.

When you're eligible for a refund

We will provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

The Hub is genuinely inaccessible due to your organisation's IT policies blocking Notion (e.g., government departments or restricted networks)
The product significantly differs from what was described on our website
There is a major fault with the product that prevents normal use
You have not yet accessed the Notion duplicate link or downloaded the Setup Manual

When refunds are not available

After you have accessed the Notion duplicate link or downloaded the Setup Manual
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Lack of time to use the Hub
More than 7 days after purchase
Issues caused by user error after successful access

How to request a refund

Your full name
Your order number
The reason for your refund request
Any relevant details (e.g., IT access issues)

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.

Your statutory rights

This refund policy does not exclude or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may still be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product has a major fault that significantly affects its use, even outside the timeframe stated above.
