Overview

This website is operated by The Ed Leader Hub (ABN 48 235 968 263), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Ed Leader Hub. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

About the product

The Ed Leader Hub is a digital leadership system delivered via Notion. It is designed to support Educational Leader practice, critical reflection, QIP management, and leadership evidence collection in Australian early childhood services.

The Hub is not a replacement for formal training, regulatory advice, policies, procedures, or compliance documentation. Each service remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance, Assessment & Rating preparation, and operational systems.

Purchase and delivery

When you complete a purchase, you receive:

  • A Setup Manual PDF with your unique Notion duplicate link
  • Access instructions and walkthrough video
  • A tax invoice with our ABN
  • Ongoing access to future free guides we release

Delivery is electronic and typically occurs within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your delivery email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at edleader.hub@gmail.com.

Platform requirement

The Hub requires a free Notion account to access. Most users, services, and centres access Notion without restrictions. Some government departments, councils, and large institutions have IT policies that may block external platforms. If your organisation has strict IT restrictions, please confirm Notion access with your IT team before purchase.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Ed Leader Hub is currently operating under the GST registration threshold. Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By making a payment, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.

For services requiring direct AUD invoicing for procurement purposes, please contact us at edleader.hub@gmail.com.

Licence and use

Purchase of The Ed Leader Hub grants you a single-user licence for personal use within your employed service. This licence is non-transferable.

You may:

  • Use the Hub for your own EL practice
  • Adapt the Hub's internal pages to your service context
  • Reference the Hub's structure in your professional work

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Hub or its contents with non-purchasers
  • Reproduce the Hub's structure, NQS reference system, or templates for commercial use
  • Upload the Hub or its contents to public forums, social media, or third-party platforms
  • Claim authorship of the Hub or any of its components

All content, design, templates, NQS reference architecture, and supporting materials are the intellectual property of Alana Suarez trading as The Ed Leader Hub.

Access and yearly releases

Your purchased version of the Hub is yours to keep. There is no expiry, no subscription, and no renewal required.

New annual versions of the Hub may be released each year with updated features and refinements. Existing buyers are eligible for loyalty pricing on future releases. New annual releases are separate purchases.

Our refund policy is outlined separately in our Refund Policy. Please refer to this for full details on when refunds are available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Ed Leader Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Hub. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising will be resolved under Queensland jurisdiction.
